Met up with Paul and Dan (Dandine) on the plane over, get to Tarifa at about midday, and it looked pretty pants. Miraculously the wond kicked in at about 3 and we trekked over to the lagoon. Had a good flat water sesh trying out a North Rebel, but was pretty underpowered on the 9m and had to work it. It was nice to get out and get wet.
